This is a sturdy, simple designed Spatula. I carved it from a large cherry log, I have used it a few times on patsa dishes, large curries and chillies and it's perfect. It's nice and heavy towards the top of it and feels lovely to cook with. It's not too long, so stores well too.
Hand carved spatulas are wonderful and won't frey like the mass produced ones because of the sharp tools and following if the grain :)
